tea break post 7

SORRY that I've been absent but RL has been having its way with me.
I've caught up with the fandom tagging and thought it time to open another Tea Break post.
Post now open for having a cuppa and chatting with your fellow writers about anything even vaguely fandom related.
If you'd like to share you card, talk about how it's going, here's your chance.
It absolutely doesn't have to be
100fandoms serious business.
Feel free to look for writers who share your fandoms, etc.

As well as more popular media.
I have also looked at my book/dvd shelves and jotting down fandoms to cover.

Pretty certain I've got something Doris Day and something Tim Conway to write this week....

Ooo I will keep an eye open for your Doris Day fic! So sad to hear of her passing.
By the way your icon is lovely!

Just have to decide which of her movies to capture...

Thank you for the tea break, it helps to focus the mind and chat with my fellow writers :-)
I hope life calms down for you! How is it going with your fills?

Best of luck with finding your rhythm.

I think a cuppa and a chat is good for whatever ails you and writing is such a solitary pastime it's good to remember there are other people out there doing the same thing.
I lurched up to 41 thanks to the Be the First challenge but now I'm looking around again.

An excellent point re that writing is a solitary pastime. It is lovely these check ins as reminders we're not alone.
Congratulations! That is a nice amount. It must have been fun combinding with the Be the First Challenge :D Good luck finding new insipiration :)

Also, I keep a running list of possible fandoms on my phone and when I come across or remember a book or film, I jot it down.
Anyway, chugging along. It's a marathon, not a sprint.

I like your method of mixing prompts together from various challenges, a useful and efficent approach - and fun I should imagine!
Ditto on this being a marathon, for me not a sprint =^_^=

Of course, there are the prompts from the 100 table itself, the more of those I cross off, the more important they are. In the beginning, I could be assured of finding one that fit. Now, I have to be more careful.
Yes, I think this will be a multi-year thing for me.

Oh yes, as the prompts narrow down it will become tougher. It keep us on our toes!
Same here, at least ot will keep us out of trouble...or allow us to create more trouble/fun ;)
