It's been a while. I won't get into why but I wanted to let you know that I've worked back through all the recent posts and added new fandom tags as needed.


While I'm here:

Post now open for having a cuppa and chatting with your fellow writers about anything even vaguely fandom related.


If you'd like to share you card, talk about how it's going, here's your chance.


It absolutely doesn't have to be serious business.


Feel free to look for writers/possible circle friends who share your fandoms, etc.

Thank you for running this challenge :D I only post here sporadically, in batches o 5 fills, which can be weeks or months apart so I'm always relieved the comm is still here. I miss some of the bingo comms :/

I'm all about Yuletide right now, and Small Fandom Bang is ongoing, but I am also working on a "FROM" fic for 100fandoms so hopefully that will be completed soon!

It's funny that you mention FROM. It's not a fandom I'd heard about before but I just made a fandom tag for it yesterday when I was backtracking. tellshannon815 had posted a story for it!

Same as meridian_rose, I only post once I have filled a line but also so relieved the comm is still here each time :) Only 8 fills/fandoms left to write!

I've only recently stared doing 100fandoms, being a fandom butterfly it seemed a good idea. I've done the mighty total of 2 so far. I do have a third in rough, I'm watching the main film for it over the weekend before typing it up.

I think I grabbed the prompt list when it was posted and made the Very Ambitious Plan of writing for 100 Fandoms I've Never Written Before.

I don't think I've posted to the community, because I'm very bad at that - I do intend to when I finish, at least. But I've managed about 20 total so far with plans for a good chunk of the rest. (Finding 100 fandoms isn't the hard part, it's feeling comfortable enough with the canon to write fic. I'm the type of writer who'll read a book a dozen times or replay scenes a dozen times or whatever before feeling comfortable enough for even a few hundred words, so it's a process.)

Anyway, thank you for the challenge!

Post or not, as you go along or not, it's all good. I resurrected this old LJ challenge, with permission, in order to provide encouragement to fan fic writers to broaden their horizons.

'You do you' and 'don't be an arsehole' are the principle rules by which we operate. ;D

I'm kinda back too as I've finally got 5 new fills to post (which I did just now haha). I'm slow too but it's nice to see this comm still here! Will try to get a few more fills done later in the year 8D
